		<description>There are no bad sake in the world.
Those &#039;bad sake&#039; never met its master to bring them alive. If i don&#039;t like a certain sake to my taste, i bring it back to room tempertaure and taste it. If i still don&#039;t like it, chill it and heat it from the lowest temperture to find its best part to draw out.</description>
