I wish I hadn't been sick-- though looking at all that food, I might have needed a wheelbarrow to cart me out to my car. amazing. My feeling when I got to taste the Utopia was a cognac .. and you might want to check out Riedel glassware (Target) or crystal ($$$) for cognac glasses that would change the flavor greatly. amazing what they can do with beer. great job Caroline!
