I went to UWink at Hollywood and Highland last night and found the atmosphere a bit lacking, music wasn’t the greatest. The idea of uwink is pure genius, and captures the attention of every geek around. But with this sort of thing its tough when the technology doesn’t hold up. These computers needed to have a reboot at least 3 times while we were there. Our group did have a great time playing truth or dare, and all five of us played the dating game and laughed at how un-spicy the spicy questions were. One thing I didn’t notice was the charge for the games, we continuously checked our bill to see if we were charged, we were there for a good 3 hours, weren’t charged for any of the games we played.

I double the U-wink “sigh” (http://www.diglounge.net/food/uwink-hollywood/) I found ordering through the menu to be more of a pain than a novelty. Can we just order through the waitress and play games?

K, I also double the Chloe recommendation for the West side. Piccolo is also a great place for dinner in Venice if you can stand to wait for a little.
