I read it all the time, but this is one of the more interesting entries. The desserts by Ian Gresik definitely look like pieces of art, and I am glad to hear they taste just as good as they look. I am going to call TODAY to get a reservation for this weekend just for desserts and cocktails. Thanks for informing us out there about his creations, and how great they taste.
