I got a report from my friend Abby about the sale:
From what I heard this morning, handbags are gone—snapped up within minutes. Most sizes available are larger—sizes 8 and up (one of our 6.5 people was there this morning and was disappointed, but the 8.5 was ecstatic). Exchange and Charles by Charles David were going for $40 for 2 pair ($25 for one), and Charles David were $45 for one and $60 for two pair. Short boots and tall boots ran higher, but still relatively cheap. Apparently they kept bringing more stock out….
i went yesterday afternoon (friday). decent selection, but i didn’t end up getting anything. :( but my coworkers each got 2+ pairs! 4 inch heels are not really my thing, no matter how inexpensive and “comfy” they are :P
