This just in: The new Crumbs Bake Shop in Beverly Hills IS opening on Monday, according to the store’s West Coast PR person. But since it’ll be a “soft launch” the shop will open at 1pm instead of its usual 8am. Regular hours will be 8am-10pm Monday through Thursday, 8am-11pm on Friday, 9am-11pm Saturday and 9am-10pm on Sunday. More hours than Sprinkles! So ballsy! So New York!

Crumbs Bakeshop gives a unique experience to their customers; the décor is predominately in shades of pink, orange, pumpkin, and goldenrod yellow. Inspired by the look of old-time candy shops, the display cases are custom, heavy wood with charming decorative touches. French tiled floor lies the throughout the store and an abundance of hand written chalkboards complete the welcoming space.
And for those of you who like the freebies, on Thursday Crumbs will be giving out complimentary cupcakes to its first 1,000 customers! So you better line up now but mind the line down the street at Sprinkles.
