Poolside Happy Hours at Circa 55 & the W

Want to class up your after-work gettogethers? Decompress poolside at these chic hotel happy hours.
Although Circa 55 and Trader Vic’s Lounge at the Beverly Hilton serves up $11+ cocktails, on Thirstdays from 5 to 7pm for their Sundown summer series they also treat drinkers to free appetizers. Considering that their pupus range in price from $9 to $12, could be a deal. I’m thinking of dropping by before my Seven Grand anniversary party to see if they’re giving out the crispy coco prawns or scallops in mimosa butter. Mmm!

Twilight is the right time at the W in Westwood. Unlike Circa 55’s Sundown, happy hour poolside in the hotel’s outdoor bar/restaurant, the Backyard, is every day! And here you get $5 off both food and cocktails, making them priced OK but what a great way to blow off some steam after work. Poolside!

I stayed at the W a while back-the pool is a good place to hang. Ran into David Gest-Liza’s ex husband in the elevator-what a creep-he was wearing all black and sun glasses like someone would want to recognize him-gross!!
Had some good cocktails there-Mojito’s!!
