		<description>I was winetasting up in Paso Robles this past weekend, and it was pretty amazing (sometimes I could&#039;ve sworn I was actually in Tuscany!).  If you haven&#039;t done this Caroline, you really ought to.  

But anyway, the reason I mention this is to bring up that I found on the trip that I too do not find chocolate and Syrah to go together well at all.  And yet at one of the wineries the winemaker insisted they be paired..??  What&#039;s the deal?</description>
