		<description>Yeah, dry was the theme for the desserts I think--the gingerbread was far from moist.  Though I was a fan of the marshmallow top--probably the best part of the dish.  The cocktail, on the other hand, was fab!</description>

(This recipe made a giant three-layer cake, so you might scale it back.) 

The Guinness didn&#039;t exactly stand out in the final product, but it did add a lot of moisture and a depth of flavor that kept the cake from being too sweet.</description>
