I’ve been to Auntie Em’s several times and not only was greeted with a smile, but cheerily by the owner herself while she re-filled coffee. And anyone who has worked 3 shifts in the service industry can be guilty of the “how would you like that cooked”, “large or small” and “to stay or take away” at inappropriate times. Be nice.
