I could not resist. Sorry. Yeah the stupid lady on the phone's excuse for the lateness when I called? "Oh yeah Fridays are especially busy for us, so that's why we are so late like this." I cant believe they owned up to their suckiness. Whats ridiculous is the "convenience" charge, next time I say we just walk down that hill and get our food ourselves...at least it would be warm. I always thought that was too good to be true so I've never ordered from them. Thanks for "taking one for the team" and sparing your readers the grief of dealing with it. Hint: the booklets are great to keep around anyway and browse through just to get ideas on where to eat!
