This just in from LA.COMfidential: Floyd’s Barbershop on Melrose is giving out free haircuts to the first 30 people who RSVP for this URB Magazine par-tay (everyone else who RSVPs pays half-price). OR you can just show up for the open bar (courtesy of Heineken) and live DJ sets by Good Charlotte’s Madden Bros from 7 to 10pm. Free beer continues to flow at URB’s issue release party at Red Buddha in Hollywood with more DJ music and free Heinies from 10-11pm.
