For Cinco de Mayo, Sprinkles Cupcakes is celebrating with its specialty dessert. No, not tequila-flavored cupcakes. Choco Loco, a dark chocolate cupcake with Mexican cinnamon frosting and decorated with the patriotic red and green of Mexico. Although it looks kinda like a big cartoon olive atop this thing, it still sounds yummy.

Get some for your Cinco de Mayo party since they’ll be gone after the 5th.

You should do a CoC tour, kind of like a Map of the Stars, where you pass out lists and directions of all the food places you blog about. It’ll be like a diabetic field trip.
